Week 1 - 10th March 2022: Opening ceremony and meditation. Introducing the element of Air through the Five Vayus - the Five Winds.
Week 2 - 17th March 2022:
Week 3 - 24th March 2022: Continuing to work with Yoga Nidra, learn the science behind this practice. Neuroscientifically known as ‘non-sleep deep rest’.
Week 4 - 31st March 2022: Introducting the power of sound to activate the vagus nerve, woven into movements and breathing all to down regulate the nervous system. Finishing off with Yoga Nidra to seal the tranquility deal.
Week 5 - 7th April 2022: Exploring the embodiment of tranquility and it’s qualities by working with the tools we have covered in previous weeks.
Week 6 - 14th April 2022: Integrating what we have learnt to enable the body and mind release stress and find a sense of ease and nourishment. Leaving with the knowledge that we all have the capacity to connect to that part of us that is always at peace. Closing ceremony.
