An open class; an opportunity to bring some deliciousness to your Sunday. As we approach Winter, we will stoke the fire within and warm the bones through movement medicine and meditation. All levels welcome.
What you can expect to gain:

You will tap into your own medicine from where you can cultivate self-love and healing. What we will cover:
Week 1 - 7th November 2021: We will kick off our Sunday with a gratitude meditation and some delicious movements to encourage the body and heart to feel open and uplifted.
Week 2 - 14th November 2021: As the mornings get colder, get cosy and meet me on the mat for some movement to noursish and warm the bones.
Week 3 - 21st November 2021: Continuing to warm our cockles, expect cosiness and ease for your Sunday morning with gentle and fluid movement and some grounding meditation.
Week 4 - 28th November 2021: Join in for your daily dose of movement medicine. Let’s not complicate things here - ease and simplicity is the way of the heart.
Week 5* - 5th December 2021 *this will be an evening class at 7.00pm*: As I will be in Yoga Therapy lectures during the day, I will take this opportunity to offer you a yummy evening class to help close your week. Soothing movements and a guided supine meditation to take you into a restful evening.
Week 6 - 12th December 2021: Winter is round the corner and this will be the last class of the year. Bring your heart, mind and body for a slice of nourishment and reflection before the wonders of the season sweep us away. Closing ceremony - bring a candle.
What you will need:
